Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping maintain Pixelligent’s brand. Duties include performing marketing research, strategizing with other marketing professionals, and creating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns.
**This position has the potential to be hybrid after 3 months of employment onsite**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy.
- Creating visual concepts for promotional activities.
- Managing the digital marketing calendar.
- Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company.
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content.
- Tracking digital marketing performance.
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports.
- Working within the digital marketing budget.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field.Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.Experience with digital marketing automation software.Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.Knowledge of web publishing.Proficiency with SEO tools.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
This position has no certification, licensure or registration requirements.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
