The Partner Marketing Specialist will be responsible for partnering with our utility clients to execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns that drive end-user enrollment in our residential demand response programs. This is an outstanding opportunity to apply marketing and project management skills while contributing to an energy-focused enterprise software company.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with our utility clients to drive end-user enrollment in demand response programs
- Build relationships with utility client counterparts and secure buy-in for key marketing initiatives
- Present program marketing strategies, project plans and insights to utility clients
- Evangelize program marketing best practices that enable utilities to rapidly and efficiently grow enrollments
- Partner with the client success team to disseminate program marketing best practices
- Help ensure consistent marketing messaging across utility, OEM partner and EnergyHub-owned marketing experiences
- Develop knowledge base content and marketing case studies that clients can use to improve program marketing outcomes
- Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials on behalf of utility clients across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email
- Other duties as assigned
Key Skills and Experience
- 3-4 years of B2C acquisition marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills, storytelling skills and ability to distill complex concepts into key takeaways for clients
- General knowledge of marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, CRO, and social media
- Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and budgets
- Data-driven mindset with an affinity for Excel and Google Analytics
- Informed opinions on marketing copy, design and UX best practices
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Energy industry knowledge is a plus, or a track record of rapidly acquiring domain knowledge in a similarly complex vertical
- Curiosity and enthusiasm about learning new things and building new relationships
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
