Responsibilities:


  • Own and enhance the Biofourmis narrative, including product and internal and external brand positioning 
  • Oversee product marketing and effectively partner with sales, product, and engineering leadership to shape product positioning. 
  • Be the preeminent thought leader in the company on market trends, customer needs, competitor intelligence, and synthesize insights as inputs to product innovation roadmap and commercial execution strategy. 
  • Deliver and continuously refresh customer and market segmentation analysis and drive implementation of insights.
  • Oversee external and internal content creation, including website, social media, digital and print sales materials, and email campaigns.
  • Drive growth in partnership with sales teams through effective product marketing, including customer and market facing activities.
  • Lead thought leadership agenda for the company in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer, including clinical, industry, and self-published coverage and public relations / media engagement. 
  • Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to optimize acquisition channels, improve conversion rates, optimize pricing, and enhance customer lifetime value.

Experience:


  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically required. An MBA and/or advanced degree preferred
  • Ten or more years of work experience in a senior-leadership position in health technology with a proven track record of increased responsibility and quantitative results.
  • History of scaling from $50M to $200M
  • Extraordinary storytelling skills.

  • Capable team leader who is a talent magnet internally and externally.
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track record of 2-4X growth and scaling of organizations and revenue run-rate in prior companies
  • Demonstrated ‘left-brain’ and ‘right-brain’ dexterity—gifted at analyzing the data and telling the story in a way that can appeal to broad audiences.
