Job Description
The Business Development Specialist role will be responsible for engaging new OSO and DSO’s, creating a pipeline of potential customers and building strategic partnerships with these groups. They will be responsible for creating and executing a go to market strategy and work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Special Markets role and have key orthodontic call points within OSO’s and DSO’s. This position will report directly to the Director of Special Markets.
Responsibilities
- Able to work cross functionally both internally and externally
- Proficient at selling a digital workflow solution.
- Prospect for new OSO and DSO customers.
- Executing on new partnership contracts.
- Increasing utilization within current customers
- Develop long term relationships with new customers.
- Conducting business meetings with prospective clients.
- Analyze trends in reporting and create actionable plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Special Markets experience.
- Must have current relationships with 8-10 DSO's
- Experience selling to C-Suite level call points.
- Orthodontic call point experience
- Orthodontic market knowledge
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior negotiation experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher level of education.
- Team player mentality

- Strong Business Acumen
- 50% travel
