Who You Are:


You are a strategic, data-driven, results oriented demand generation leader who has helped implement best practices in a rapidly scaling, B2B SaaS businesses with a sales-led motion. You have a deep understanding of IT buyers, and have a track record of successfully generating pipeline in new markets and setting up new marketing channels. You can speak to how your previous work has driven revenue.You are as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deliver tactically as you are in designing, influencing and owning strategy.

You are excited to own and build new (and rebuild existing) demand generation programs to help a business move upmarket.You use data to influence decisions and directions, and dive deep into customer personas and insights to truly understand the target audience, and their buyer journey. You appreciate the need to continuously iterate to meet business needs and industry trends, and can work effectively both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. You are a student and a teacher of your craft and are always trying to stay at the cutting edge of marketing strategy and tactics.

What Excites You:


  • Establishing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to position Spot AI as the leader in the video intelligence industry.
  • Building and optimizing holistic demand generation programs spanning email, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing and more to drive increased pipeline expansion and revenue growth.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product and product marketing to deeply understand our ICP and deliver impactful content to drive an increase in qualified leads, conversion rates and pipeline growth.
  • A deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and funnel metrics to increase pipeline velocity from SMB to Enterprise level customers.
  • Designing and analyzing attribution models to develop and manage budgets that drive scalable growth.
  • Building, mentoring and retaining a high performing team over time.
  • Working both in-person and remotely to meet business needs and project demands. (The expected in-office commitment is 2-3 days a week, and the office is located in downtown SFO on New Montgomery Street.)

What Gets Our Attention:


  • At least 8 years of Demand Generation Marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding business goals.
  • A history of leading successful, complex x-functional programs, driving alignment and achieving projected outcomes.
  • Proven ability to leverage customer feedback to map out the buying journey to design and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy and campaigns
  • Your experience designing and implementing scalable demand generation programs that span the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with an ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, including the C-Suite.

  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $185,000 - $200,000 based on demonstrated competencies. This annual base salary range represents the expected compensation for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
