As a Strategic Financial Manager / Analyst, you will play a key role in driving Corelight’s financial planning, business analytics, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with senior management and various cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, maximize value, and optimize company performance. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including but not limited to: financial modeling, cohort analysis, variance analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
- Provide timely and accurate financial, customer, and go to market insights for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators
- Develop detailed KPIs to help the organization better understand growth drivers, key trends, and efficiency opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by offering proactive insights into financial performance and key business trends
- Succinctly distill findings and prepare presentations to be utilized by senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, private equity, investment banking, or consulting roles
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, SQL, and GSheets; experience with Adaptive Insights is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle large and complex data sets, utilizing advanced data management and analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights
- Experience implementing, designing and maintaining KPI dashboards and reporting systems to track performance against targets and communicate insights to stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Notice of Pay Transparency:The compensation for this position ranges from $132,000 - $171,000/year and may vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.
