PolyAI is tackling the challenges of automating customer service through voice. Our voice assistants make it possible for businesses to deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.We're on the lookout for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our tech team and play a key role in crafting user-friendly voice experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for the development of an innovative no-code platform, making dialogue systems accessible to non-tech team members. Collaborating with a diverse engineering team, you'll contribute to a cohesive and scalable codebase.

Your role will involve:
- Develop a no-code platform to empower non-technical staff in configuring intricate dialogue systems and creating new voice experiences for users.
- Contributing to the implementation of our multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Taking a major role in our software development, through writing code, tests, as well as contributing to design ideas and documents, performing code reviews.
- Collaborate other full stack engineers to improve both your own and their code, promoting a unified development environment.
- Work closely with backend developers to implement new features on our Jupiter platform.
Requirements
- Expect familiarity with Git.
- Demonstrate working proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Utilize experience with React (Next.js experience is advantageous) and proficiency in JavaScript, preferably Typescript.
- Experience in Python, and experience with Go would be a plus
- Experience in CSS in JS, particularly using styled-components.
- Experience with one or more cloud services: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Experience with testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, Cypress
- Experience with Agile processes such as scrum, kanban, sprints etc.
- A love of learning and enjoyment of trying new things
- A background or interest in building low-code platforms
- Finds enjoyment in technical challenges and wants to contribute directly to solutions
