We’re looking for a Content Coordinator.

You’ll work cross-functionally with others in the Trading, Marketing, Design and Client Success teams and help us manage the timely deployment of content, design assets, promotions and campaigns across our fleet of international fashion and lifestyle ecommerce sites. 

More specifically, you will:


  • Lead the execution and on-time deployment of localised content and marketing assets across multiple clients and country sites
  • Organize and schedule daily content standup meetings. Follow up on action items, assignments, and commitments made by team members to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Coordinate the overall onsite and email campaign creation process from intake form to editorial localisation, creative asset delivery, campaign scheduling, asset trafficking, page linking, QA, tracking and reporting 
  • Work with multiple content platforms and communication tools to prepare content releases for different brands, countries and digital channels
  • Implement client content updates, including product images, text, banners, and multimedia elements, ensuring accuracy and relevance in a timely manner.
  • Execute design changes to enhance website layout, navigation, and visual appeal, while adhering to brand guidelines 
  • Collaborate with other members of the digital team to plan content tasks, optimize release workflow, and share design ideas base on data driven feedbacks provided by analytics team
  • Positively impact and influence internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with company stakeholders and partners
  • Work closely with frontend developers to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to content and design implementation.
  • Provide training and support to team members on content management systems and website editing tools.

We would love to hear from you if:


  • You have 3 years of online content management and email marketing experience with an online retailer, ideally with a best-in-class fashion, lifestyle or DTC brand
  • You are great at multitasking and delivering under tight project deadlines
  • You have an exceptional eye for detail 
  • You are technically savvy and can pick up new systems (e.g. CMS) quickly
  • You are strong at Excel, Word, Google Sheets
  • You have strong communication & collaboration skills
  • You are highly self-motivated, resourceful and get things done in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • You are positive, highly curious and a fast-learner
  • You care deeply about the brand experience and have a customer-first mentality
