About the Job


As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the paid marketing team. You will be leading projects in our online advertising (on Meta, Google, Bing, ASA, etc.) and affiliate marketing campaigns where you can have a major impact on results. With new and innovative ideas, you will help take Ageras’ advertising to the next level. Your day-to-day work will involve creating campaigns, and reaching our customers through a variety of channels: Meta, Google Ads, affiliates, etc. You will work with peers and leaders across functional teams, and interact with different product and marketing teams, across different countries.

  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign optimization techniques.

  • You are a good communicator and negotiator to establish good affiliate partnerships and negotiate performance-based deals.
  • You define yourself as a problem solver, you like to take initiative and are forward-thinking
  • You are excited about new technologies and how these can make your day-to-day work more efficient.
  • You are keen to be a part of a rapidly growing Fintech company whose focus is to help small businesses succeed.
  • You want to grow with a diverse team of people from different nationalities, ages, and backgrounds.
  • Are willing to work in a hybrid format (3 days per week in the office, 2 remotely) in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Berlin, or Gdansk.

To succeed in this role you


  • Have studied a BSc/MSc in Marketing, management, or similar related fields.
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Previous knowledge of MMPs, GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau/Looker, and similar tech stacks is a big plus.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners, negotiating contracts and fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Create compelling ad copy, A/B testing, and new targeting strategies to reach the desired audience and optimize campaign results.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), CPAs, ROI, CAC, LTV, etc. while identifying and implementing new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Know about tracking technologies (UTM, S2S, Cookie Tracking, etc.) is a big plus.
  • Have experience with the commonly known affiliate networks (FinanceAds, Awin, Impact, Daisycon) and ensure their by monitoring and avoiding fraudulent activities - as a big plus.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners, negotiating contracts and fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • You strategize, iterate, and find resources for growing and constantly improving our campaigns. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices and implement them in campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
  • Are fluent in English (German, French, and/or Dutch are a plus).
  • Have an independent work style with collaborative team spirit.
  • Have a strong drive to improve yourself professionally in a fun work environment.
