Your
impact
As the Director of IT Infrastructure & Security, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation and future of our IT operations globally. Your leadership will ensure the seamless integration and security of our software, hardware, and vendor relationships, directly impacting the efficiency and safety of our organization. Through your strategic oversight, you will address and overcome the challenges of standardization, accountability, and security, thereby streamlining our processes and safeguarding our information assets.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide global leadership for the management of software, hardware, and vendor decisions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Internal IT Security & Compliance: Spearhead internal initiatives, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Ensure all IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, mitigating risks and maintaining trust.
- IT Helpdesk Management: Manage 2 local helpdesk teams (Israel and US) and 6 office locations, focusing on end-user support, office IT maintenance, and procurement.
- Budget Management: Responsible for the creation and oversight of the software budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- IT Applications Oversight: Oversee the integration of third-party software applications and external consultants, ensuring effective customization and compliance.
- Global Procurement & Processes: Implement standardized procurement processes for IT resources and vendors worldwide, eliminating waste and confusion.
- Software Licenses Management: Oversee the procurement, compliance, and management of software licenses across all departments.
Attributes and Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to lead IT infrastructure and security teams in a SaaS global company, with a keen eye for innovation and efficiency.
- Leadership: Proven track record of working with global cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving team accountability.
- Security and Compliance: Extensive experience in developing and enforcing security policies, with a thorough understanding of compliance standards relevant to the industry.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating with vendors, consulting with stakeholders, and leading teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to address challenges creatively and implement practical solutions.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security best practices, software licensing, and global procurement processes.
- Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing IT infrastructure and security.
