Learn more about Life at GitLab.As an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Partner Operations, you will collaborate with GitLab Partner and Field Sales Leadership, cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Enablement, Legal, Finance, IT), and partners to drive special projects and initiatives that will increase partners’ force multiplier effect across our sales motions.
Responsibilities
Own and drive long-term and high impact strategic projects across the global partner business including project identification and scoping, stakeholder alignment and management, build, rollout, and executionContribute to cross-functional company projects as the voice of our partners and partner teamsAssess existing partner processes, identify opportunities to redesign for efficiency and scalability, and successfully drive projects to deliver these improvementsEngage with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement teams on GitLab revenue plays and special projects to ensure partner requirements are included in initial scoping and design to drive successful partner outcomesHelp build and operationalize our automated partner order processes as a key team member on our partner marketplace initiatives (Hyperscaler, Distributor, and Reseller marketplaces)Drive partner portal enhancements and initiatives in collaboration with the Partner Programs and Specialist teamsAssist in designing, maintaining, and delivering on the roadmap for partner operations initiativesBuild and deliver ad hoc reporting to support projects and company OKRsRequirements
Demonstrated progressive experience and understanding of partner operations and programsExcellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProven ability to work cross-functionally to lead and contribute to projectsExperience working directly with sales/partner sales teams and partnersStrong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projectsProven ability to thrive as a self-starter in a fluid, fast-paced environmentExcellent written/verbal communicationDeep SFDC and partner management system (e.g., Partner Portal) expertise and knowledge of QTC process, tools, and automationAlliance and Channel Partner experience preferredHyperscaler and Channel Marketplace experience preferredInterest in using GitLabShares GitLab’s values and works in accordance with those values

Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
