Attention! We're a recruiting agency looking for a Virtual Assistant to take on a big role as Jr. Chief of Staff for a client in healthcare tech. You'll work from home but need to be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) in the United States.
What You'll Do:

What You Need:
- A college degree.
- Some accounting/bookkeeping and Data Analysis experience; The more the better! Knowing how to use accounting software is a must.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, HR, or as an Executive Assistant.
- Must be fully fluent in English (C1 or C2 level) – you'll be talking and writing a lot.
- Able to work the same hours as the Eastern Standard Time zone in the U.S.
Extra Skills That Help:
- If you've used QuickBooks, that's a big plus.
- Experience with HubSpot is also good but not required.
