Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Long Term Relationship Management- Act as a primary contact, cultivating long term relationships with new & existing partners and attaining the role of trusted advisor.- Understand each partners’s unique needs, goals and challenges- Monitor each partner’s activity in the platform and ensure retention 2) Product Knowledge- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, including features, benefits and competitive advantages. 3) Collaboration - Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure prompt and fitting responses in affiliate needs.4) Performance Analysis- Conduct regular performance reviews internally and with affiliates to: a) Evaluate their progress b) Set achievable goals c) Collaboratively devise strategies for improvement d) Quarterly performance review with top affiliates 5) Strategy Execution - Execute strategies, initiatives or campaigns provided by stakeholders.6) Account Optimization - Identify opportunities that would drive impact and affiliate value - Collaborate with stakeholders in preparing strategic account optimization - Conduct market research; stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirement:
* No prior experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcome!* Interest to digital marketing, affiliate marketing or account management * Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders* Strong communication skills – verbally and written* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis* Adaptable and comfortable in a fast pace environmentPlus point if ….• You have strong critical and analytical thinking, data-driven, and problem-solving skills• You enjoy learning affiliate marketing and digital marketing trends• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai• Ability to understand and interpret business data and metrics
