We are looking for an excellent orchestrator who will help Nethermind build highly-performing teams. - Leading and coordinating discussions on assigning available staff to projects by their skill sets, previous experience, career development, and availability.
- Project support: Working closely with project managers and assisting them with any staffing needs.
- Sales support: Working closely with the business development team and providing availability information following the deals’ needs
- Capacity planning: Knowing all the current and upcoming projects run in an organization and business development activities and being able to plan to staff accordingly.
- Monitoring and managing staff workload and utilization.
- Managing allocation conflicts.
- Overcoming staff shortages: reallocating, assigning more staff, etc; informing senior management of any issues related to the inability to meet clients’ needs due to scheduling.
- Supporting project managers when it comes to staff management issues or improving staffing processes.
- Preemptively identifying risks in project staffing and providing solutions and countermeasures.
- Manage staffing information in relevant systems/tools
- Planning, requesting, and monitoring staff availability
Skills:
- Ability to use technology (Notion, Excel, analytics tools, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Critical thinking, analytical, and forecasting skills
- Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and good decision-making skills
- Managerial and time-management skills
- Interpersonal interaction skills (effective communication, negotiation, collaboration, the ability to be diplomatic and stand one’s ground)
- Understanding of IT domain and skills needed to develop software
- High-level understanding of blockchain and Ethereum
- Energy, enthusiasm, and drive to work in a collaborative team environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in building and driving project staffing initiatives.
- Experience in working autonomously or in a remotely managed environment.
