Responsible for the design, implementation, promotion of in-house human resources systems with compliance, safety and risk management capabilitiesKeep tracking industry trends and research on related products , keep optimizing all systems and modulesdCoordinate internal and external resources, analyze business efficiency, establish stable processes to improve delivery efficiency and qualityWhat We Look For In You
Major in Computer Science\Finance\Human Resources\Management, with a Bachelor's degree or above, and at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources system construction and international complianceA good understanding of the internal data compliance, data security, and compliance culture construction process of the enterprise. Be able to improve enterprise compliance and security with an in-house systemAble to use Chinese and English as working languagesHaving good business understanding and insight abilities, able to collaborate with multiple departments, regions, and produce complete solutions with innovation and business workflowExcellent logical mind and communication skills.
