Role Purpose:
Overseeing operations for a youth housing building, managing a team, coordinating vendors, monitoring facilities, ensuring smooth check-ins, addressing tenant needs, managing maintenance, organizing community events, communicating with stakeholders, and preparing reports.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of a youth housing building and its facilities in the Sadang area
- Daily management of the Tenant Experience Executive and Facility Manager assigned to the property
- Vendor management and coordination of the cleaning vendors on site
- Monitor of the car park operations and performance
- Facilitate an efficient and welcoming check-in process of both residential and commercial tenants
- Assisting Coveys with any general issues they might have to make their stay more comfortable
- Be a liaison for maintenance issues between the Coveys and the appropriate departments/contractors
- Monitor the planning and execution of Cove community events
- Liaise with the property owner or representative when necessary
- Prepare monthly performance and operations reports with the assistance of relevant stakeholders
- Keep constant communications with all stakeholders and regularly check in on the tenants wellbeing
Deliverables:
- Timely preventive and corrective maintenance of all the facilities of the building
- Make sure the building is well maintained and tidied
- Provide a concierge like service to the tenants
- Ensure that the Cove tenants have a pleasant and memorable stay through the creation of a vibrant community
Experience and Qualifications Required:Essential
- Master’s degree (or higher) in a real estate-related field
- Certified Building Manager or Assistant Building Manager
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate related companies
- Leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Master both spoken and written Korea
- A decent command of spoken and written English
Preferred
- Experience working in an early-stage start-up
- Experience in facility management and/or vendor management
- Experience in the hospitality industry or any customer-facing role
