What You’ll Be Doing: 


We’re looking for a Sr. Manager of Business Operations. This position works closely with the Clinical team on initiatives and projects to monitor performance, validate outcomes, identify improvement opportunities that can be leveraged strategically, clinically and operationally.  You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of clinicians and operations associates, reporting directly to our Head of Clinical Excellence. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop dashboards and complete basic analyses of clinical quality data 
  • Lead the execution of cross-functional projects to streamline efficiencies of initiatives that drive OKRs
  • Optimize workflows and build automations for the clinical side of the organization 

Salary range: $126,684 - $172,500

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:


  • You have 3+ years of experience in business operations and strategy at a startup or consulting firm 
  • You’re proficient in SQL and Google sheets (required)
  • You’re also skilled in building workflows in Hubspot and Zapier (preferred)
  • You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ideas, prioritize, scope, document, and communicate a clear plan of action 
  • You have 1+ year of experience leading and supporting others
