PMG is looking for a Programmatic Director to join our growing team. The Programmatic Director will be a leading voice for C-Suite relationships and provide key programmatic subject matter expertise and thought leadership to drive innovation with our clients and platform partners.  The Programmatic team at PMG serves as equal parts programmatic strategists and buyers, that specialize in a dynamic, expanding market. The Programmatic team collaborates daily with PMG’s media, strategy, creative and technology cross-functional teams to deliver full-funnel marketing strategies, support integrated planning, and optimize our clients’ digital performance.

General Description


  • Responsible for the strategy of our clients’ Programmatic Media campaigns across multiple engines/platforms
  • Ensuring proper integration of Programmatic Media within PMG’s wider services to maximize results and service experience for our clients
  • Overseeing the performance of campaigns, analyzing trends to see threats and opportunities, and working with the team to optimize programs to improve results
  • Identifying growth opportunities on your book of Programmatic Media accounts, selling the ideas into clients, and working with the team to implement
  • Creating and fostering key partner relationships so PMG is always at the forefront of opportunities, betas, and overall support
  • Supporting strategic relationships on the client-side including senior directors and VPs; engaging in high level business and strategy conversations to ensure Programmatic Media is helping to drive their business forward

Skills & Experience


  • 8+ years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL

PMG is the industry expert in CHC revenue cycle management. We assist with all aspects of the revenue cycle from point of service to final adjudication of the claim. We work to optimize each client's position legally and ethically. We believe in educating our clients on how to increase revenue from third-party payers so they can enjoy a healthy revenue cycle and focus more on patient care.
