#IND1Customer Service Operator£12.00 - £13.00 per hourOffice-based, Bracknell, Berkshire.2pm-10pmHealthHero is now the largest digital healthcare provider in Europe, delivering 24/7 access to doctors and expert clinicians wherever and whenever it is needed via a suite of tools including video calls, online chats, and over the phone. Our Call Centre is based in Bracknell Berkshire, but we have also have a headquarters in London. We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operators to join our existing team to help deliver support to patients, GPs and other Healthcare professionals across UK & Ireland.
This is a full time position working 5 days a week 2pm-10pm. 4 of these days will be between Monday to Friday and you will also be required to work 1 day at the weekend.
Requirements
About the Role
- You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, appropriately dealing with any queries.
- Handle patient requests by booking appointments, communicating with GP's and other healthcare professionals.
- You will also be involved in administrative tasks, such as processing prescriptions, specialist referral letters and other health documentation.
- Ensure information is accurately recorded and stored in line with company policies.
About You
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Superb communication skills, written & verbal.
- Experience with call handling/contact centre work is desirable, although full training will be given.
- Good levels of emotional intelligence
- Ability to show sensitivity and understanding over the telephone
- Experience using Microsoft Office
