We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because we recognize that it is the unique contributions of our people that drives our success.The Associate Project Manager (dba Associate Global Study Manager) is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Global Client Services Business Unit in successfully achieving their service delivery needs. You will learn the ins and outs of Clincierge services on global clinical trials by reviewing data, taking meeting minutes, updating documents, and drafting reports or communications.
This is an entry-level project management position.
Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Take meeting minutes during department meetings and client calls
- Schedule meetings and manage team calendars
- Draft email communications and excel reports
- Update documents strictly following SOP guidelines
- Update internal database as needed
- Field calls, emails and paper mail, routing requests to the appropriate party
OPERATIONAL
- Understand basics of Clincierge SOPs for service delivery, client relationship management, and clinical trial operations
- Review coordinator data for accuracy, and request corrections as needed
- Compile data, provide reports, and basic analysis of data
- Coordinate inter-departmental requests, updating documents as needed
- Act as secondary point of contact for clients
- Audit SharePoint files, identifying when documents are not compliant with SOPs
- Assists with monthly expense reconciliation and tracking
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Policy or related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years’ post-graduate experience; robust experience in internships or entry-level project management work required
- Well-developed proficiency in desktop applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Occasional travel to Greenphire HQ (King of Prussia, PA) required
