Global Candidate Experience Coordinator (Talent Acquisition)
As the Candidate Experience Coordinator for APAC region, you will play a critical role in the Talent Acquisition team, helping us guide candidates through a first class interviewing, hiring and onboarding experience. You will ensure the candidate experience is reflective of the Bazaarvoice brand, providing an exceptional experience to both internal business partners and candidates. You will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager who is based in the UK, you will be part of a team of 2 coordinators.

What’s involved:
a) Partnering closely with the global Talent Acquisition Partners to coordinate all recruiting activity to help create an outstanding candidate experience ensuring they have everything they need ahead of their interviews and ensuring internally that the team meeting the candidate has everything in place to deliver that outstanding experience; and running a fair process.b) You will work with Talent Acquisition Partner and global hiring managers to coordinate and schedule global interviews (onsite and virtual).
This work may include complex domestic and international travel arrangements.c) Communicate with recruiter and hiring managers on the talent funnel actively.d) Share any specific market trends during the conversations with candidates.e) Respond to recruitment and hiring-related email and phone inquiries in a timely manner.f) Manage background checks.g) Updating candidate records in recruiting systems and confirming new hires.h) Supporting the Talent Acquisition Operations function by helping to collate data for reporting and administration of hiring manager and candidate satisfaction surveys. i) Partnering with marketing and the wider people function to create compelling and engaging content for social channels.j) Helping with hiring events and employee brand awareness initiatives. k) Greet candidates and give them a tour of our office space where possible.l) Work with a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quicklym) Any other additional support needed by the team.
Requirements:
Must have at least 5+ years of scheduling interviews globally/internationally with a HR or Talent Acquisition function (preferred).Experience working within global/ international teams and working with international hiring managers.You have superior customer service skills.You take initiative; are resourceful in hunting for information and are unafraid to ask questions.You are apt, organised, and committed to getting this done.You can handle high volume, and understand the importance of prioritising.Passionate about the role of culture and talent engagement in a successful business. Confident in engaging with other employees and candidates in person 1:1 and in group settings. A genuine interest and desire to work in the space that Bazaarvoice sites: marketing technology/ software. Significant experience with Microsoft Outlook, g-Suite and Word/Excel. Tech savvy in the office environment – e.g.
collaboration tools. Excellent written and verbal business fluency in English. You possess excellent attention to detail, including accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuationYou have strong follow-up skills; keep all the balls in the airAssist in recruiting operational projects and strategiesEligibility and authorisation to work in India without limitations or restrictions.
