We're seeking innovative problem solvers to join our growing Paid Search Marketing (SEM) team in which you can own the SEM strategy and/or implement the strategy for our clients while continuing to innovate and forge a path within the SEM channel. We are looking for agile individuals who have a passion for SEM and are eager for engaging challenges that will help shape the search landscape for our clients and the industry. Responsibilities
- Exceed client goals and by leading paid search initiatives
- Serve as a primary contact for SEM client relationships
- Help execute search programs and participate in thought leadership
- Lead SEM strategies hand-in-hand with other PMG team members and the client
- Provide quality assurance, technical guidance, and tactical support
- Coach junior team members
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal and training skills
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to provide thought leadership within the search landscape
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL
- Self-motivated and likes to learn new tools and technology
