The Programmatic team at PMG serves as equal parts programmatic strategists and buyers, that specialize in a dynamic, expanding market. The Programmatic team collaborates daily with PMG’s media, strategy, creative and technology cross-functional teams to deliver full-funnel marketing strategies, support integrated planning, and optimize our clients’ digital performance. Responsibilities
- Act as primary owner of digital program initiatives (inclusive of video, display, digital OOH), direct publisher partnerships and programmatic activation
- Contribute to the media planning and strategy process, acting as primary owner of the RFP deliverables and vendor communication (inclusive of negotiation and plan revisions)
- Coordinate with media operations, account services teams, analytics, and creative/product development for holistic planning and communication
- Spearhead vendor communication, working with Leads to define and document the overall scope of client projects
- Present proposals, noting cost, delivering schedules, recommendations & reporting throughout and after the campaign’s flight
- Responsible for flawless campaign execution and delivery to KPIs, aligning with PMG best practices and leading by example
- Accountable for campaign trafficking requests and collection of all campaign needs prior to launch (asset spec hand-off, audience requests, etc)
- Own budgeting needs related to day to day account management such as monthly forecasting of goals, ad serving forecasts, and QA
- Oversees and contributes to the development of detailed and summarized reports internally and for clients that clearly explain the why / ""so what"
- Serve as a mentor to coordinator/associate level team members on the team, guiding weekly optimizations and pacing decisions as needed
- Gain expertise in PMG’s proprietary technology platform Alli to create fit-for-purpose alerts, data analysis, and/or reporting'- Increased communication to clients and internal stakeholders; advancement of cross-functional communications
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of the digital and programmatic landscape with hands-on experience executing campaigns in DSPs (The Trade Desk, Amazon) and Adservers (e.g. Doubleclick)
- Ability to triangulate different metrics as needed to guide complex pacing decisions
- Experience interacting with and presenting campaign performance recaps to key stakeholders and clients
- Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to develop data-based insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated and likes to learn new tools and technology
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
