Klaytn Foundation aspires to be a blockchain platform that is straightforward and easy to use for normal users and developers alike. Our goal is to provide everything about blockchain - from the platform itself to development tools and actual applications.Treasury & Finance project’s mission is to optimally access capital, manage the Foundation’s crypto & fiat assets in a way that is cost-effective and compliant, invest the Foundation’s working capital, and provide financial planning and analysis for consistent Foundation operations.Roles & Responsibilities:- Perform daily accounting and finance tasks (bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks)- Handle accounts payable and receivables related matters
- Verify invoices, contract and prepare payments for company expenses, including staff claims and corporate card expenses.
- Issue invoices for receivables and track receipts.
- Reconcile payments and corporate card expenses with bank statements in the accounting system.
- Input appropriate tax codes in the accounting system.
- Prepare payroll and process payments
- Prepare bank related documents- Liaise with tax function to assist in preparing withholding tax and GST returns- Organize and schedule internal meeting with finance department- Perform other ad-hoc duties required by the finance managerRequirements:Preferably 1 year of experienceDiploma in accounting & finance or other disciplinesGood personality with excellent communication and written skillsTactful, articulate and able to work under tight deadlineAble to work independently and able to multitaskInitiative, responsible and meticulousGood knowledge in excel, accounting software and basic accounting knowledge.Good to haves:Knowledge in reading/ understanding the Korean language, blockchain/ tech industry is an additional advantage.Process:Resume screening - 1st interview - 2nd interview - Salary negotiation
