We offer controlled and monitored access solutions, scalable cyber security analysis and support, critical life safety systems, as well as managed desktop and network security services.This position reports to the Corporate Controller and will be part of important initiatives that include driving back-office change to support the growth of the company, documentation, process improvement and assist with the integration of a new ERP system.We are looking for a person who is very detailed and curious about how transactions flow and can question system configurations/computations.
Additionally, the Company is in growth mode and implementing many changes, thus it is critical that the candidate embraces change.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Critical part of the accounting closing process, management of G/L and account reconciliation
- Lead the work-in-process preparation and analysis, helping ensure revenue and costs are properly reported for projects
- Prepare, analyze and communicate data along with researching variances
- General ledger subject matter expert on new Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system
- Implement process improvements
- Help build and ensure compliance to key controls
- Perform sales tax filings and other compliance related tasks
- Ensure compliance to Company policies, GAAP, and key part of audit process.

Requirements
- Active Certified Public Accountant preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- Two to six years of accounting experience ideally with three years of public accounting experience in audit
- Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting and job costing highly desirable.
- Must be a strong user of Microsoft Excel
