Azure Infrastructure Management:Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.Monitor and maintain Azure virtual machines, storage, and networking components.Microsoft 365 Administration:Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Microsoft 365.Identity and Access Management:Configure and manage Azure Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.Implement and enforce security policies related to identity and access management.Monitoring and Optimization:Set up monitoring tools and alerts to ensure the availability and performance of Azure and Microsoft 365 resources.Identify and implement optimization strategies to improve resource utilization and cost efficiency.Security and Compliance:Implement and manage security measures to safeguard Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Backup and Disaster Recovery:Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for Azure and Microsoft 365 resources.Conduct regular testing of backup and recovery procedures.Collaboration and Documentation:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.Maintain comprehensive documentation of Azure and Microsoft 365 configurations, policies, and procedures.Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Cloud administration
- Azure Administrator Associate Certification or proven experience as an Azure Administrator/similar role.
- Microsoft 365 Certified certifications
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and Storage.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions in Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding or core networking concepts.
- Willing to work On-Call.
- PLUS: Hyperconverged Infrastructure experience
- PLUS: VMWare products including vCenter, NSX, vSAN, vRealize, Tanzu, etc.
