Copper River Shared Services is seeking a
Contracts Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA.  The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of government and commercial contracts and subcontracts.

Responsibilities


(include but are not limited to)

:


  • Manage the administration government and commercial contracts
  • Experience with IDIQ contracts
  • Work with Contracts Managers and the team to provide support for daily functions and responsibilities of the contracts department
  • Expert knowledge on subcontractor requirements and flowdowns
  • Responsible for maintaining organizational compliance with appropriate regulations including Federal Acquisition (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Supplements (DFARS) and commercial laws, and contract requirements
  • Ensure proper coordination with accounting, sales, and program management on contractual matters
  • Provide oversight and reporting on contract performance for compliance with contractual obligations and recommendation on contractual issues 
  • Oversee solicitation requirements to ensure proposals, RFPs, and data calls are compliant. Review terms and conditions
  • Review and approve accurate execution of Subcontracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Reseller Agreements

Requirements:


  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in government contracts/subcontract administration
  • Expert Knowledge of government regulations and all contract types
  • Expert Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, and government regulatory standards to include SCA and DBA.
