Social Media & Marketing Events Coordinator


As a Social Media & Marketing Events Coordinator at WizeHive, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by managing WizeHive’s social media channels along with coordinating virtual and live event presence.  The key aspects of this role consist of assisting with the creation and implementation of social media content that captures and nurtures leads across multiple channels as well as organizing virtual and live events.  Additionally, you will support the marketing team’s operations by building and  maintaining workflows to support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include:


Event Management


  • Play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various sales & marketing events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and other departments regarding events
  • Coordinate logistics of events
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships
  • Ensure all materials and supplies are organized and available for events, including the packing and shipping of materials to event locations

Maintain Marketing Processes and Operations 


  • Assist with maintaining asset repositories and internal wikis
  • Update the department budget with expenditures
  • Leverage marketing tech stack, such as Asana and Hootsuite, to promote visibility and coordinate deliverables across key stakeholders

Manage organic social media channels


  • Develop social media campaigns
  • Update social media content across all channels
  • Engage with customers, prospects, partners, and other followers
  • Leverage social media marketing tools and automation
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Develop content or assign tasks to content developers

What you will need:


  • 1- 2 years experience in social media marketing
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Preferred experience as a copywriter
