Are you ready to embrace the future with us?About the RoleJob Type: Full-timeJob Location: Brisbane, Australia (The successful candidate must be locally based).As a Business Development Manager based in Brisbane, Australia, your primary focus will be on maintaining and expanding client relationships. You'll organize technical demonstrations, stay abreast of regional market trends, and adapt sales strategies for optimal performance. Active participation in local events is key to deepening ROGII's branding in the region. Your role involves identifying business needs, formulating go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with the leadership team to ensure strategic alignment. Leveraging sales analysis, you'll efficiently pinpoint strategic sales opportunities while exceeding quarterly forecasts. Mastery of the CRM system is essential, and your commitment to gaining in-depth knowledge of ROGII products and competitors will be pivotal in achieving success.Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing client relationships and identify new potential clients
  • Set up technical demonstrations at existing and potential clients
  • Track regional market trends to identify targeted sales strategy
  • Continually evolve sales methodology to ensure effective sales tactics are used to meet revenue objectives
  • Attend local industry events, networking opportunities, workshops and deepen ROGII branding the region
  • Identify key business needs and devise go-to-market strategies for products
  • Collaborate with leadership team to ensure business strategies are aligned
  • Leverage sales analysis to efficiently identify strategic sales opportunities
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of ROGII products and competitors
  • Continually exceed quarterly sales forecasts
  • Maintain CRM system

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of business development experience in oil and gas
  • Experience selling both software solutions and services
  • Thorough understanding of upstream oil and gas workflows
