100 Minutes in-app are spent making connections with over 10 million users that end up being friends or partners for life. We’re a remote team looking for smart and driven people who care deeply about the LGBTQ+ community.

ABOUT THE JOB


As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be a vital part of HER’s revenue growth over the coming years, helping us build ad sales and partnerships as a core revenue stream for the business. The ideal candidate will lead on building and maintaining a robust pipeline of clients globally with a focus on the USA, our largest market.As part of a small sales team, you connect deeply with HER’s mission and are known within the media landscape, bringing many years of experience in sales.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 



  • Run the complete sales cycles from meeting to sold business

  • Run customized pitches for a wide variety of prospective clients 

  • Negotiate and close deals, meeting revenue targets

  • Have detailed knowledge of the digital landscape and feel comfortable selling Branded Content, Programmatic or Experiential.

  • Experience working across multi-market campaigns and clients

  • Work closely with other departments, marketing, design, finance, product and engineering teams.

IDEAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



  • 5-7 Years as a digital seller

  • Exceptional track record of exceeding revenue targets

  • A creative and consultative seller who continuously finds new opportunities to sell

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, tenacious drive, and enthusiastic attitude

  • Superior organization, prioritization, and presentation skills

  • Personally build and maintain deep relationships with key industry leaders, including client-side marketing executives and ad agencies.
