About the Role:


As a Senior Data Engineer at Qventus, you will play a pivotal role in developing and driving new data solutions. You will design, develop, and manage data pipelines that ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our data platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock new features and drive innovation. Your work will improve patient and doctor experiences by integrating complex data sources and creating robust data transformations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Innovate: Spearhead the discovery, evaluation, and integration of new datasets. Collaborate closely with key data stakeholders to understand their impact and relevance to our core products and the healthcare domain.

  • Build: Translate product and analytical vision into highly functional data pipelines. Design data structures, build and schedule data transformation pipelines, and improve transparency to support high-quality data products.

  • Lead: Set the standard for data engineering practices within the company. Guide architectural approaches, data pipeline designs, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:



  • Communication: Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Ability to break down complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical partners.

  • Data Expertise: Advanced data intuition and analytical skills with a knack for interpreting complex datasets, identifying patterns, anomalies, and extracting meaningful insights.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to handle ambiguous project requirements independently and lead data initiatives from start to finish. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to inform and shape product development.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience: 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating cloud-based, highly available, and scalable data platforms.

  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., SnowPro Advanced Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect/Database, Databricks Data Engineer).

  • Technical Skills: Experience with MLOps, maintaining machine learning models and infrastructure, data visualization tools, and analytics technologies (Looker, Tableau).

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Location and Work Requirements:


Candidates are required to work from our NCR/Noida offices for at least three days a week and maintain US-based timings that can extend to 12:30 am IST. Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of our pre-employment background investigation and drug test.
