About the Role:
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Product Analytics team as a Full-time contractor. You will use your background in data engineering, analytics, and healthcare to help build impactful analytics products for both our clients and internal teams. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to illuminate both the operational opportunities in our client hospitals as well as the entire impact chain of our product, from the performance of our algorithms through nudges and recommendations made to hospital staff, to the actions they take and the operational impact they have.The most important thing to the role will be your ability to balance speed with reliability.
It will require you to:
Fluency with SQL and comfort working with complex interrelated datasets
Eye for simplicity and maintainability of code
Familiarity with EHR data and ability to trace back data anomalies
Constant curiosity about the problems to be solved (not just the technical execution)
This is a high-impact role that will help drive innovation in our product, magnify the value of our entire solution suite, and shape our position in the market.
Location -
This is a remote role. Meetings will typically occur between 9am-2pm Pacific time, but can be flexible within that window to suit your time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Support repeatable analyses that drive insights into whether our products are being used as intended and generating positive outcomes for our healthcare customers
Deliver client-specific analytics to support our Delivery team and client satisfaction
Support and scale our analytics products, including troubleshooting, supporting rollouts to new clients, and developing new features
Contribute to the health of our analytics platform (e.g. deployments and documentation)
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) data
Experience leveraging SQL to answer applied business analytics questions
Familiarity with data modeling & transformation pipeline design for production services
Experience optimizing queries & designing the data processing for modern data visualization tools (Looker preferred)
A love for the big picture and a healthy obsession with the details
Deep curiosity and a passion for real-world impact
It’s a Plus if You Have…
Experience with DBT
Working, hands on, knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
Experience with Looker and comfort with LookML
Advanced degree in statistics, economics, or other quantitative field

Candidates are required to work from our NCR/Noida offices for at least three (3) days a week as well as keep US based timings that can extend to 12:30 am IST.
