We’re excited by the success of the Pod to date and still have a long way to go toward achieving our mission.We are looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager who will help lead the development of amazing new and innovative products.
How you’ll contribute
Lead execution of product development programs from concept to mass production
Build alignment with senior leaders to establish a clear set of program objectives and design program execution strategies that finds the perfect balance between schedule and risk
Navigate the project team through project execution to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time
Communicate across the various engineering disciplines within the project and across the business to ensure alignment across risks, challenges and results.
Be a champion for best practices/processes that are impactful for scaling the way we develop products
Be a champion for releasing the best possible product so our customers can have the best possible experience.
What you need to succeed
Bachelors of Engineering
Preferred Masters of Engineering
3 years+ in a program management role
Track record of launching successful products
Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines
