At CloudTrucks, we are looking to bring on a talented team of Driver Onboarding Representatives! This is an exciting opportunity to be the part of the founding team in our Atlanta office.
As a Driver Onboarding Representative, you will play a pivotal role in introducing potential drivers to the power of the CloudTrucks’ platform and helping them start the process of getting onboard. You will ensure that drivers are prepared to hit the road fast by walking them through the driver application & background check processes - with the ultimate goal of getting them to sign on the dotted line.The display of grit as you dial through your leads list & the ability to build rapport with drivers will be of the greatest importance as you pitch the value of CloudTrucks.

You will be a fast-learner, detail-oriented, agile, and collaborative - all while working in a growing environment.

The Day-to-Day



  • Make 80 - 100 calls a day to drivers (warm leads) who have signed up and started an application for our Virtual Carrier product

  • Run an effective discovery call where you will learn about a drivers needs/wants, understand if they are a good fit for CloudTrucks, and help guide them through our driver application

  • Constantly communicate with drivers as they go through the driver application & background check processes - ensuring information is accurate & complete for Safety & Implementation teams

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly & monthly KPIs - like dials, contracts signed, and ultimately getting the driver to sign onto CloudTrucks within 14 days

  • Document activity and communicate information regarding drivers in Salesforce, our CRM

Requirements


Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience or not have all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.


  • Prior experience working in a sales development position/ or sales role (2 years+ preferred)

  • High school diploma/GED or higher education

  • Must possess reliable transportation for commuting to and from work

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease - High attention to detail & superb organizational skills

  • You are a curious thinker! In a discovery call, you ask questions, dive deeper into pain points & connect those pain points to the CloudTrucks’ Value!

  • A clear and effective verbal & written communicator - you are confident when prospecting, communicating, presenting, and/or networking

  • You have experience with tools, like GSuite (Gmail, GCal, GDocs, GSpreadsheet) or a CRM like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams

  • Familiarity dealing with ambiguity- in fact, you thrive in it & want to make processes even better!!

  • You will be required to be in-office in Atlanta full-time
