We're seeking a passionate Account Sales Representative to join our growing team and champion the expansion of our valued software clients. You'll be a strategic partner, working closely with our Customer Success team to build trust, expand accounts, and drive long-term partnerships. Sound interesting?  

If so, we are looking for a motivated and driven person like you who has: 


  • 5+ years business-to-business account management experience selling B2B enterprise software solutions  
  • Customer centric  
  • Ability to establish and sustain relationships with prospects, partners and existing clients 
  • Consultative sales approach including strong negotiation skills and excellent follow-through 
  • Solid verifiable history of quota achievement 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to travel, typically about 10% 
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills 
  • Technically proficient – advanced knowledge of: Word, Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint 
  • Well-honed organizational and time management skills 

Bonus points if you’re bringing experience in or really want to learn the following:


  • ECM industry experience, particularly in content governance or records management 
  • Strong personal industry network 
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

  • Build and nurture deep, productive relationships with assigned clients across all levels, fostering trust and loyalty
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize account growth and identify expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams like support, services, and management to ensure clients receive exceptional service and exceed expectations
  • Achieve and exceed company retention and expansion goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to provide insightful forecasts and reports to management
  • Prospect within existing customer base. Introducing additional products, solutions and services to existing and net new stakeholders
  • Perfect administration of required records such as contracts, mutual services agreements, purchase orders and 3rd party partner agreements
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our software solutions and services
