Join Our Dynamic Team as a Program Manager
We are actively seeking multiple Program Managers to become an integral part of our rapidly expanding team. This is a full-time opportunity that promises both professional growth and rewarding challenges. While this position is remote, candidates in the DC region are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide strategic direction for various programs.
- Act as the central liaison for government clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of top-tier IT professionals, overseeing all aspects of personnel management including hiring, performance evaluations, transfers, and more.
- Effectively manage relationships and contracts with subcontractors.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients, offering innovative solutions, process enhancements, and optimized resource allocation.
- Oversee the program’s financial health, including budget management and contract administration.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and briefings as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in IT Program or Project Management roles with Federal agencies.
- A genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a passion for team collaboration.
- Desirable certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agilist.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A background in software development is highly preferred.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a knack for addressing and resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communication.

- The salary for this position is $100,000 - $170,000 annually
