Barbaricum is seeking an experienced intelligence operations professional with exposure to Joint conventional operations to provide direct support to INDOPACOM. Individuals with experience in the AOR are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities
- Speak knowledgeably and credibly about Palantir technology, to include briefing senior leadership
- Leverage knowledge of INDOPACOM organizational structure and operations to develop key relationships and brief at high levels with minimal notice
- Engaging users one-on-one or in small groups to understand their workflow and then translate that into the Palantir Platform
- Document and share workflows with the Palantir team to facilitate the adaptation of the product to meet the needs of the customer
- Provide formal and informal training sessions to analysts and operators on Palantir technology
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and communicate with engineering teams and the Network Operations Center
- Provide user feedback and on-site signals to engineering teams, the Network Operations Center, and implementation leadership
- Travel up to 20% within the INDOPACOM AOR
Qualifications
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required
- Experience supporting maritime, air, or space domains
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
- Prior experience with Palantir platform(s), specifically Gaia or Gotham
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Leadership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- AOC / MOC / JOC / JTF HQ experience
- Air and/or maritime watch floor experience
- All Source / GEOINT experience with specific support to near-peer problem sets
- Targeting / Fires experience in a joint conventional environment
- Collection management experience
