- Administrator customer accounts
- Provide the highest level of customer service to our internal and external partners.
- Request quotes from vendors.
- Has a working relationship with suppliers and may order and expedite parts as necessary.
- Seeks management guidance regarding compliance.
- Prepare and submit offers.
- Assist the sales team with offer submissions.
- Initiate customer contact to promote product sales and customer relations.
- Generate purchase orders and submit orders to vendors.
- Review open orders.
- Maintains database integrity and associated documentation.
- Ability to track and communicate key issues and status of orders.
- Prepares and maintains all records and documents required for the duties being performed; knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures relating to parts transactions.
- Has a working knowledge of all product lines that the company stores and distributes and understands the applications for those parts.
