JCITA provides advanced counterintelligence (CI) training including investigations, operations, collections, analysis, and functional services. The JCITA Instructor Program ensures CI practitioners have the knowledge, training, and capability to protect our nation from its adversaries. Core One is seeking a CI Training Expert to support the instruction of the next generation of these practitioners. This position requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Conduct platform and scenario-based instruction
- Oversee the daily performance of the contract instructors to ensure instruction is delivered safely, professionally, and according to DoD and JCITA standards
- Coach and mentor all new contract instructors and assess their readiness to deliver instruction, role play, and grade students
- Utilize experience in counterintelligence and conducting platform and scenario-based operations security instruction to instruct students
- Coordinate with JCITA leadership including the Chief of Training
Requirements
- 15 years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, instructing, and/or supporting offensive CI operations, CI investigations, and/or CI collection activities
- Be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or a legacy operations training course OR be a graduate of the JCITA Advanced CI Investigations Course, or an Intelligence Community (IC) school equivalent
- Must be a graduate from an accredited industry or military master instructor training program
- Must achieve DIA Instructor certification and maintain the certification
