The goal of this position will be to drive revenue and market development for Vector Professional Growth Suite products through the Education business unit 

What You'll Do:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. 
  • Drive incremental revenue growth through current customers by upselling and cross-selling Vector’s Professional Growth Suite. 
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations highlighting our software's key advantages, features, and value propositions. 
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competition. 
  • Communicate with customers to identify and understand the issues they are trying to address; identify and suggest solutions to meet those needs. 
  • Demonstrate and clearly differentiate Vector Solutions’ products from the competition, focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition. 
  • Work collaboratively with existing B2B sales teams to leverage resources. 
  • Communicate product feedback and escalations to appropriate internal teams for mitigation and strategy planning. 
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; active in resolution to issues that may arise post-sale. 

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience with EDU SaaS products
  • Distinguished knowledge of Vector Professional Growth Suite products 
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales process 
  • Strong sales and communication skills 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time 
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
