The Gist…
Our Account Managers are responsible for helping government agencies partner with GSA to implement enterprise technologies. You will work to manage all communication, budget and project timelines to ensure the on-time delivery of technical solutions.
What Your Day Might Include…
- Develop strategy to grow existing accounts for assigned market segment.
- Provide hands on support in Prelaunch. Launch and Post Launch while managing customer relationships.
- Work with operations team to execute agreements and prioritize functions.
- Work across various internal teams within Login.gov to include Product, Integration team and UC.
- Manage customer relationships, costs, schedules and provide recommendations on additional services.
- Identify growth in existing customer accounts and close deal within existing accounts.
- Educate customers on what is needed to become a part of Login.gov.
- Manage, update and track data in Airtable to support existing account growth.
- Manage agreement process with business operations team
- Create an application appendix
- Create and manage Partner Agency Summary
- Manage day-to-day partner needs ie. recurring meetings, cross-team coordination, ad-hoc meetings
- Manage Zendesk and determine what system customer correspondence should live.
- Track existing partner sentiment and/ or success in appropriate technology.
- Relay information to partners about identified issues.
- Onboard new customers and provide them with an overview of the services provided
Requirements
You'll Bring These Qualifications...
- Bachelor Degree +10 years of relevant experience
- US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust
- Experience working in a technical environment
- Experience in proving cost estimates and project timelines
- Expert ability to build and manage customer relationships
- Knowledge of Login.Gov
- Previous experience managing project timelines
