Rational 360 is hiring a Vice President of Digital Advertising to continue building a unique, best-in-class digital advertising operation. Candidates must have experience managing digital media communications campaigns, managing a team, and be well-versed in digital communications and public affairs.Candidates must be eager to work in a fast-paced environment, able to manage a diverse workload, and have an interest in business development. Vice Presidents engage in daily client consultation and strategy development and produce high-level strategic digital plans and manage and execute digital campaigns.

Requirements
- 8+ years of digital experience executing digital campaigns, with at least 5+ years of experience in a dedicated digital advertising role
- Experience managing staff – previous ads team management is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of the following advertising types: programmatic display, paid social, and. paid search
- Experience managing ad campaigns with different goals, including acquisition, education, fundraising, and persuasion
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proven ability to develop creative, strategic digital solutions to communications challenges
- Experience running paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly for acquisition and activation
- Experience with data and reporting, particularly developing actionable social listening recommendations and reports and digestible advertising reports
- Experience developing strong, creative concepts for digital and social to drive campaigns
- Knowledge of the advocacy and fundraising tool environment to help clients achieve short- and long-term objectives
- Experience managing clients and/or project teams
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong professional working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Wordpress, SEO, etc.

Full-time staff members are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.We offer employees paid time off, paid holidays off, paid family leave, sick leave, and a flexible work schedule around the holidays which include the office closing between Christmas and New Year's Day.Full-time employees are expected to work in our Washington, DC office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week and have the option to work remotely each Tuesday and Friday.
