Job Description:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert to the Program Manager for Joint Test and Evaluation by providing current, relevant, technical advice to the government test and evaluation program manager and contractor test and evaluation leadership on programmatic and test and evaluation program technical matters.
Job Location:
OSD JT&E Facility, Suffolk, Virginia.
Type position:
Part time/on-site-remote as required.
Experience Required:
- Over 15-years’ experience planning, preparing and executing joint/service test and evaluation programs.
- Serving as primary point of contact (POC) for a multi-site, cross-disciplinary test and evaluation programs and test activities.
- Providing the necessary expertise for early start of joint test projects and providing technical consultation and advice for test design.
- Providing technical advice for Joint Test and Evaluation review boards such as the Test Planning Committee, Quick Reaction Test Working Group, and Technical Advisory Board (TAB).
Special Skills/Knowledge/Training Required:
- Expert knowledge on program management techniques and practices, test and evaluation techniques and processes, and operational analysis techniques and procedures.
- Expert knowledge applying the Joint Test and Evaluation Program Handbook on test planning, management, and execution to resolve joint interoperability issues.
Security Clearance:
possess an active DOD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Education:
Master’s degree, preferred technical area such as engineering, testing/assessment, ORSA, IT services
