The digital marketing team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help plan, execute, and measure demand generation campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will own a variety of projects and work with stakeholders across the marketing department and cross-functionally to deliver high-quality leads and an optimized buyer journey. You will be tasked with measuring the effectiveness of your programs and report on results to lead data-driven optimizations”.What You Will Accomplish-Expertise in paid media strategy and campaign management, with responsibilities to plan and oversee all aspects of paid media, & native advertising on channels including Google (search and display), stackadapt, Bing and social media platforms.
-Experience managing and providing direction to external agencies for execution & optimization of all ad campaigns.-Draft digital-optimized copy for ads and landing pages, with support from our internal content experts.-Lead end-to-end digital campaigns including TOF awareness campaigns and customer retargeting campaigns, with a focus on digital ad campaigns, optimizing conversion landing pages and always-on ABM programs.-Lead content syndication efforts including researching industry publications, evaluating and recommending appropriate content channels and monitoring results for effectiveness.-Work with all internal stakeholders to define ad targeting and collaborate on A/B testing for all messaging and creative.-Measure and report results for all paid media campaigns, with a focus on driving lead conversion and sales pipeline.-Identify industry trends and insights to share with digital team and leadership, to continually evolve and optimize results. What We Are Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”. We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us.
