Trilogy Federal is looking for a Program Analyst with knowledge and meaningful experience in consulting to support a large healthcare organization with a focus on standardizing PMO functions across a high-visibility project. The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; an interest in consulting and project management; and a desire to learn.

The position has a hybrid schedule of teleworking from home and traveling 70-80% for onsite support. 


Please note that this position is contingent upon contract award. Expected work to begin mid-April 2024.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate across business and technical teams to develop solutions that address client needs and priorities. 
  • Support meetings for assigned projects including drafting agendas, documenting meeting minutes, capturing action items, and creating slide decks. 
  • Support both assigned emerging projects as well as enduring, fluid healthcare transformation initiatives. 
  • Demonstrate agility, flexibility, broad support, commitment to customer satisfaction, responsiveness to contract requirements and proactive qualities.
  • Conduct analysis, planning, and risk management for multiple teams. 
  • Schedule and prepare for meetings, training, and other events. 
  • Collaborate with a variety of teams, including technical resources, end user groups, and stakeholders to define, analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. 
  • Ad hoc support as assigned and other administrative tasks. 

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years' relevant experience in consulting (private or public sector)
  • The ability to travel 70-80% of working schedule.
  • A personal credit card (in order to charge approved, company-reimbursable expenses).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 
  • Ability to interface well with end-users and client stakeholders across the organization. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently. 
  • Detail-oriented consulting approach, with client service focus. 
  • Self-starter able to work independently and within a team. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications. 
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

$68,000 - $75,000 a yearThis range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands. In addition to salary, Trilogy offers robust benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance coverage, 401(k) match, paid holidays, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and a very supportive work/life balance.
