Core Work Hours: 7a-4p Monday – Friday, except Government Holidays.

Experience/Education: 8+ years with a BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, InformationTechnical or related field.We are currently seeking a Business Process Consultant that will lead, coordinate, communicate,integrate, and be accountable for consulting with customers and developing process solutions thatsupport the needs of their business and for facilitating successful project outcomes within aServiceNow environment.Requirements:
- Assist the Business process consultants with diverse responsibilities focused on business process analysis.
- Perform consulting to customers on industry best practices.
- Facilitate technology requirements gathering and documentation and ensure that ISM-defined processes and solutions are optimized for our client’s long-term success.
- Serve in multiple roles and capacities within our typical ServiceNow implementation engagement, including, but not limited to, process consultant, engagement manager, business analyst, testing and/or training coordinator, and organizational change
