Blue Rose is seeking a
Lead Project Manager to support our work with our federal client located in Boise, ID. This is an On-site role and is open to

U.S. Citizens ONLY.


To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying.


Successful candidates will be required to pass a background investigation.


In this role you will, work with Senior Leaders across the 54 States/Territories/District of Columbia(DC) and National Guard Bureau in the strategic planning, design, implementation and monitoring of key program initiatives. You will monitor program progress against the execution of plans, metrics and desired outcomes. You will identify and assess capability gaps and opportunities for improvement to enable a culture of high performance. Finally, you must be able to manage multiple complex programs in a fast-paced environment with many partners and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:


Candidates must be able to operate at both an operational and strategic level and demonstrate the ability to grow a program.  Candidates must have:

  • Proven track record in program/project coordination, showcasing significant achievements in leading, organizing, and managing various projects effectively.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a role focused on education/training, organizational development, or project management, with demonstrated success in enhancing organizational capabilities through these disciplines.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation or hold a current or recent security clearance.
  • Experience with/understanding of the National Guard.

EDUCATION:


Bachelor’s (preferred) in the area(s) of program development and management, human development, organizational leadership, and/or project management

Salary: $65,000 - $73,000
