This is a hybrid work from home opportunity with 1-2 days working in the office per week.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates utilizing internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Perform candidate screenings for alignment to company culture and specific requirements of open positions
- Utilize internal ATS to track candidate notes and their progress through the company recruitment workflow
- Collaborate with remote and in-person hiring teams to provide screening feedback, share market analysis and usher candidates through the vetting and hiring process
- Participate in sourcing activities in support of corporate business development initiatives
- Adhere to company standards and agreed to talent acquisition procedures
- Implement a systematic approach to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates through various sourcing methods
- Participate in alternative recruiting activities such as campus recruitment, and partnering with DEI&B organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, OR equivalent professional experience
- 2 years or more of technical recruiting and sourcing experience with a focus on passive candidate generation and engagement, with a track record of having placed Software Developers/Engineers
- Experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management, e.g. LinkedIn, ATS systems, and networking
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines to proactively meet the organization's ongoing hiring needs
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Excellent attention to detail and discretion with regards to confidential information
- Proven track record of being results-oriented, with a strong commitment to meeting recruitment deadlines and delivering high-quality candidates within specified timeframes
- Comfortable interacting with highly technical candidates and senior leadership
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills are essential
Preferred
- Prior experience recruiting for or in support of a government contractor
