Job Responsibilities
- Create Cost Plus/Milestone/T&M/Fixed Price billings
- Submit invoices to customers via email, WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow) or any other customer portal
- Participate in new project set up meetings to ensure project setup optimizes accounting software capabilities for project revenue and billing
- Maintain/Analyze unbilled receivables and revenue
- Research and correct any billing issues with their project invoices
- Prepare contract closeout and final invoice, verify and confirm any de-obligation requests
- Prepare monthly Project Status Report from Costpoint to the Project Managers and Senior Service Delivery VP’s
- Review contracts and extract financial and billing information
- Review detailed costs to ensure accuracy in coding
- Develop and monitor project forecast
- Support PM and Service Delivery VPs
- Prepare and review contract funding modifications
Requirements:
- 3 + years experience in the government contracting industry
- Must have Costpoint experience with emphasis in Project and Billing modules or a similar application
- Must have CPFF, FFP and T&M invoice experience
- Experience billing and tracking funding against multiple CLIN/SLIN/ACRN's
- Advanced experience with MS Excel
- Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, communication and organizing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
