The person in this role will be successful if they are able to manage the project across multiple tasks including planning, initiating, managing, and executing the Sr.

Executive Coaching program in support of CSEMO’s mission, working with the executive coaches in accordance with relevant contract requirements.In the first 90 days, success means supporting CSEMO project kick-off, overseeing deliverables to include the Project Management Plan, etc., as well as any other contract deliverables identified within the Statement of Work (SOW).

This position is contingent upon award.


Responsibilities:


  • Under limited supervision and direction, oversee all phases of the Sr. Executive Coaching project management lifecycle
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment to ensure tasks, milestones, and deliverables are successfully met
  • Responsible for ensuring all weekly and monthly deliverables are delivered on-time and have been reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and quality
  • Ensures application of IV&V standards in managing of project
  • Assumes responsibility for overall management, direction, and execution of tasks
  • Responsible for on-site management of all CATHEXIS team members
  • Focuses on execution monitoring, control, team integration, and change management
  • Identifies deviations from implementation plan and review and audit schedules and implements corrective actions as required to meet customer’s requirements
  • Oversees and recommends enhancements to quality control processes across programmatic execution, planning, and reporting phases
  • Ensures adherence to VA and related company policies, processes and procedures

Minimum Requirements:


  • Education – Bachelor’s or more advanced degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum of (5) five years’ relevant Government Contract experience
  • Clearance – None but able to obtain a NACI/Public Trust

Required (Must Have) Skills:


  • Government Contracting experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and decision-making skills
  • Highly Proficient using Microsoft Office Professional products
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to successfully lead and/or collaborate with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and facilitate the implementation of sustainable solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Experience with Executive Leadership Coaching
